"Julie" Sophomore English major (undecided between bfa, ba, and bs)

What student media sources do you already use/read/watch? "I pick up the northern student from time to time. I think I watches something on the tv station, some political program called "Free Speech" I think. I don't like the music the radio station plays."

Do you or would you consider belonging to any of the student media organizations? "I used to write for my high school newspaper, but I wasn't really on the staff. Maybe I'd submit an article to the paper."

Do you know about the literary magazines produced on campus? "Yeah, I've been meaning to submit to the Rivers Meeting, but haven't had the time."

Do you know how to submit, or how to find out? "Not really. Some times I see signs around campus but I never write it down or anything."

Where would you go to find more about things like the tv station, Rivers Meeting, or the Northern Student? "I guess to the Hobson Union desk, because that's where I go for a lot of my questions about where things are on campus."

Would you use the internet to look for infomation on how to write fot the paper or submit or tv schedules? "Well it was just by chance I was watching the tv station, so not schedules. But yeah, if I knew the website I would go there."
